**IMPORTANT**

Please read all of our policies prior to booking an appointment to make sure you fully understand. These policies are in place because precise and timely service allows us to provide excellent customer service. Although we appreciate our clients, it is necessary to ensure each client has an exceptional experience. Failing to adhere to these policies minimizes Silk and Honey Beauty to be able to provide treatments to everyone in a fair and efficient manner. We strive to give our clients the best possible experience and welcome inquiries regarding these policies. Thank you for your business!

 

DEPOSIT

A non-refundable $30 deposit is due at the time of booking for every appointment. The deposit is required to confirm your appointment and is credited to the total cost of your service/s. The remaining balance must be paid in CASH ONLY on the date of your treatment.

RESCHEDULING POLICY

Rescheduling must be done 48 hours prior to your appointment or you will forfeit the deposit. A new deposit will be required to book an additional appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations will forfeit the deposit and will be required to pay an additional non-refundable deposit to reschedule.

​

NO SHOWS

If an appointment is missed without contacting us the deposit is non-refundable and scheduling any future appointments will be declined.

TARDINESS

Please contact us if you will be late; after 15 minutes the appointment will be considered a no-show and the deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to reschedule. This is because Silk and Honey Beauty give all clients a thorough consultation as well as detailed work and will not rush any appointments. No exceptions.

INITIAL VISIT

As a new client you will be required to present a valid form of identification, sign consent and release forms, and complete a health history to ensure you are a good candidate prior to receiving treatment. All clients must be over the age of 18. A mandatory consultation will help determine your goals and expectations. Due to the nature of the services Silk and Honey Beauty asks that no other guests are present during your treatment.  

 

PHOTOGRAPHS

Silk and Honey Beauty will take photographs before and after treatment for reasons including social media, client records, and insurance purposes. Taking before and after pictures also aids in assessing healed results. Silk and Honey Beauty understand the importance of protecting your privacy and edits all photos to display only the treated area.

NO GUARANTEE

Each client’s healed results will vary. Although aftercare is crucial Silk and Honey Beauty has no control over the healing process and cannot guarantee the results. We will not start a service until you agree on the color and shape. Some services may require additional sessions, at an additional charge to obtain the final goal. No refunds due to the nature of the service.

PREVIOUS PERMANENT MAKEUP

Please contact us via email at silkandhoneybrows@gmail.com to discuss options if you have had previous permanent makeup on your eyebrows or lips. You must contact us prior to booking to ensure that the previous work can be covered. Silk and Honey Beauty can not guarantee results for cases such as these. Tattoo removal may be recommended when the previous work is too dark, discolored, or dense.

PRICING

All prices are subject to change anytime without notice. All appointments scheduled prior to the price increase will be honored at the price during the time of booking.

TIPPING

Although tipping is not required it is highly appreciated and goes directly to your artist. Tips can be made in cash or via Zelle.
